In 2005, the Oklahoma State University systems embarked on a major effort to plan its future. For the first time in its history, a planning process was developed at the System level which incorporated the future direction of OSU's five branch campuses: Stillwater, Oklahoma City, Okmulgee, Tulsa, and the Center for Health Sciences. This effort involved the entire university community.
